From the birth of this project, the key idea has been to promote knowledge sharing. To us, it is an essential condition to the success of our project. As keeping this principle in mind might not be enough, we have designed some simple organizational devices in order to ensure that knowledge sharing will be effective:
- The core device will be the organization of regular workshops (with rotation principles) to allow all the members of the research team sharing not only their results but also the difficulties they may face. In doing so, we expect ensuring the convergence among the different but complementary perspectives of each team.
- Beside the workshops, our goal is to organize the circulation of researchers (senior and junior) across the different partners. To be sure that device is efficient, all partners have agreed that the conditions for welcoming visiting researchers will be similar in terms of physical and intellectual infrastructures.
